I have been exactly where you are. I mean that.
I spent years stuck in the same loop you are trying to break right now. I would get things together, make real progress, feel genuinely good, and then watch it slowly fall apart again. I had an understanding of nutrition and fitness and felt like I was doing the right things. And it still kept unraveling.
I thought I just needed to be more consistent, but something else was going on.
That gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to keep doing it through real life is what led me to train in psychology, behavior change, and mindset work alongside nutrition and fitness. My approach to coaching has evolved over the past 10 years as I've learned how to help people change in a way that actually lasts.
Now, the work I do with clients is not about adding more rules. It is about understanding why the pattern of starting and stopping keeps repeating and what it actually takes to build something that holds up.

This sets the stage for any future work we may do together and also gives you a path forward even if you decide to do things on your own.

If you want to continue, I can help you integrate the strategies into your lifestyle. This work takes time, and that's where true change begins. Together, we would create an ongoing weekly plan to help you move forward so you can build a sustainable path that helps you work through obstacles in real-time.
